Get started in three steps

Request access, then add the bot. Press the button above and sign in with Twitch. Once your request is approved, press Join: Twitch asks you to allow it, and pearsbott joins your chat.
Make it a mod by typing /mod pearsbott in your chat, for pins, announcements, bans and the viewer list.
Pick your helpers and settings on the dashboard: bot mods, custom commands, who can use what.

What’s new

Oct 22 Request access to add pearsbott · pearsbott is invite-only for now: press Request access on the front page (you can add a short note about your channel), and once it is approved the same button becomes Join. Channels that already have the bot keep it.
Oct 22 Steadier chat connection, and a true "in your chat" status · After a dropped connection pearsbott now checks it really got back into every chat and rejoins any it missed. The dashboard only says pearsbott is in your chat when it actually is, and a right trivia answer that @s pearsbott no longer gets a "no trivia running" reply.
Oct 18 Personality off switch, and copies that survive restarts · Streamers can turn pearsbott’s personality off in their chat with =aipersonality off, so it answers as its plain, friendly default self (=aipersonality on brings it back). A 7TV set copy that gets cut off by a restart now picks up again on its own.

What adding the bot asks for

Twitch shows you this list before you agree. Each permission is used only for:

channel:bot: act in your chat as a bot
channel:manage:broadcast: change your title and category when your mods ask (=settitle, =setgame)
channel:manage:polls: start and end polls from chat
channel:manage:predictions: start, pay out and refund predictions from chat
channel:manage:redemptions: accept and refund channel point redeems from chat
channel:read:subscriptions: show your subscriber count and give pears for subs
bits:read: give pears for cheers
channel:read:charity: give pears for charity donations
channel:manage:moderators: add and remove mods when you or your admins ask (=mod, =unmod)
channel:manage:vips: add and remove VIPs when you or your admins ask (=vip, =unvip)
